The capital city of Warsaw should buy the historic bakery in Grochów – said Dorota Gołębiewska, an art historian and president of the Warsaw Branch of the Society for the Protection and Monuments, in the broadcast “Jest Spraw” on Radio for You. It is about the Teodor Reichert’s shopping bakery at Rondo Wiatraczna, which was put up for sale due to historical monuments.
– It follows that the score is insanely important, so it needs to be solved, so you have to improve the score – upa Gołębiewska.
In turn, the architect and former Masovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments Barbara Jezierska already has an idea for this building. – Small bakeries could be established. School trips would come and show how bread was baked in the days before – she said.
– Above all, however, care should be taken that the facility is not demolished – summed up Paweł Gałwa from the “Stone and Co?” Association. – It is one of the buildings that are created in that area, nurturing history robots – she added.
Reichert’s bakery was built in the twentieth century. In the year General Konstantków extended the servicing of the process of its extension.
