Police President Barbara Slowik to Corona – BZ Berlin
Police chief Barbara Slowik (55) occasionally has Corona despite double vaccinations. Police spokesman Thilo Cablitz confirmed this in the evening on request.
Slowik received the positive test result on Friday morning around 9 a.m. You immediately left the authority at Airlift Square, the spokesman said.
According to BZ information, the police chief could test herself several times a day despite having been vaccinated twice. The background to this is her occasional mother, who has taken care of her, and frequent personal contacts.
There was apparently a corona infection in relatives recently, according to security circles. Slowik therefore did a PCR test in addition to the usual rapid tests. The result was also negative.
Barbara Slowik took part in a meeting with the employee representatives on Thursday. “In this round she left with a negative result,” said police spokesman Cablitz.
Employees and external guests with whom Slowik had contact in the last week were informed of the police chief’s infection as a precaution.
According to BZ information, Barbara Slowik planned to be given a “booster vaccination” this week.
