“Immediately the opening of the table for the renewal of the contract, reorganization of the ISS and stabilization of all temporary workers in the public administration”.
Milena Frulli it was confirmed at the helm of the Public Employment Federation of the Democratic Confederation of San Marino workers and thus summarizes the programmatic lines that emerged from the 13th congress last month. A note from the union reports it.
The appointment came this morning, Tuesday 9 November, at the opening of the first meeting of the federation board coordinated by the president of the congress Morena Mularoni.
The new secretariat has also been designated, which is composed of Milena Frulli, Cesare Cavalli, Isabella Pelliccioni, Angela Mazza, Eleonora Menicucci, Gian Riccardo Michelotti and Claudio Stefanelli.
The node of the contract remains in the foreground: “In these two years of pandemic – says Milena Frulli, secretary of the Public Employment Federation of the Democratic Confederation of San Marino Workers – the centrality of the public sector has emerged with great clarity and there is really no more time to waste: Negotiations regarding an expired contract for the economic part from 2010 and for the regulatory part from 2012 must be started immediately “.
And he remarks: “Negotiation that will have to lead to an adequate economic adjustment of wages, which will recover the loss of purchasing power of wages and wages, equal to well over 10%, resulting from the increase in inflation”.
The other urgency is there reorganization of health care: “The priority is not that of a new hospital, it is not the walls that make the difference, but the people who are inside it. The ISS absolutely needs to have a new Organizational Act, the one in place is dated 2010 and in over ten years health has evolved and the needs of citizens have profoundly changed“.
Finally, Frulli indicates the challenge to precariat come another priority commitment: “Stabilization, already signed in November last year for ISS precarious staff, is essential to all temporary workers in the PA. The confrontation is scheduled for the next few days and we hope to reach an agreement as soon as possible that will heal years of insecurity, above all avoiding its regeneration in the future “.
