Ringing the doorbell to ask for sweets is not the only tradition during the feast ofHalloween. Indeed, like every year, the Haute Garonne prefecture took several orders to avoid overflows during this festive evening. Here are those that were published, Thursday, October 28, 2021.

Another ban issued by decree concerns the sale, transfer, transport and use of hazardous flammable or chemical products, of fireworks, of petard and of smoke.
Finally, “the purchase and retailing, collection or transportation of any fuel, by jerry cans, cubitainers, cans, flasks or immersion containers, are prohibited in all distribution points located in the Haute-Garonne department ”. The State services specify, however, that products intended for supplying individual heating devices are not concerned.
These decrees will be effective from Saturday, October 30 (2 p.m.), until Tuesday, November 2 (6 a.m.).
