‘Millions of damage for Feyenoord due to the withdrawal of mega-investor from the Netherlands’
According to supervisory board chairman Toon van Bodegom, investors who have dropped out are planning to pump millions into Feyenoord. This is reported by De Telegraaf. It was about a Dutch group.
Feyenoord has lost a major investor due to the threats and intimidation against, among others, general manager Mark Koevermans, confirmed on Wednesday Van Bodegom. “We’ve come a long way with an investor group,” he said. When it got threatening, they canceled. It is extremely sad and very unfortunate for the club.”
according to The Telegraph the transaction ‘mega-investors’ did not come from abroad: the group was formed by Dutch entrepreneurs, who wanted to invest millions in Feyenoord. The damage caused by the hooligans is already in the millions. Feyenoord announced the departure of Koevermans on 1 December on Wednesday morning.
