Manchester City eliminated, a nice goal for Origi with Liverpool
After four trophies in a row, Manchester City ended up yielding in the League Cup, being beaten on penalties by West Ham, at the stage of the round of 16, Wednesday (0-0, tab 5-3). Liverpool have qualified, in particular thanks to Divock Origi.

Tottenham qualified by beating Burnley (1-0) on a goal from Lucas Moura, while Leicester came out on penalties against Brighton (2-2), with goals from Barnes and Lookman for achievements by Webster and Mwepu for the Seagulls.
