Toulouse: € 69,000 at the cocaine dealer
A 40-year-old man has just been indicted for drug trafficking. For several months, he had been in the crosshairs of specialized police officers.
He had been in the sights of the anti-narcotics office (OFAST) for several months. A Parisian living in Toulouse has just spent long hours in police custody in the premises of the territorial directorate of the Toulouse judicial police. At the end of a long investigation which led the police from Toulouse to Paris via Carcassonne, they arrested this 40-year-old man at the beginning of the week.
Months of surveillance led OFAST to determine that their suspect was involved in extensive drug trafficking, including cocaine. The searches after his arrest enabled them to get their hands on more than 300 grams of the narcotic product “of excellent quality” but also the tidy sum of € 69,000.

Yet inserted, this man who works regularly has therefore plunged again. Because he is a repeat offender sentenced in the past to four years in prison for trafficking. This time, assisted by his lawyer, Me Pierre Debuisson, he was presented to a judge this Friday and indicted for offer, transfer, possession and acquisition of cocaine. Another offense was retained since in police custody he refused to reveal the code necessary to unlock his cell phone. A judicial investigation has been opened.
Requests for detention were made against him.
