ANDis being born in Alcantara, in the riverside area of the city of Lisbon, a new office segment project, Alcântara Lisboa Offices (ALLO). According to a note sent to the newsrooms, this space aims to promote creativity, collaboration, personal and professional growth and, above all, prioritize people’s well-being. Total investment of 125 million euros, this office project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
According to the same note, the ALLO project comprises a gross construction area above ground of approximately 39,000 m2, divided by two office offices with similar characteristics, each with seven floors above ground.
Signatured by the Saraiva Associados atelier, the project presents characteristics in terms of the flexibility and efficiency of the spaces, providing open-space areas with more than 2,600 m2 per floor, in terms of the offer of common infrastructure, including a restaurant, a ‘roof’ for the exclusive use of each building, a multipurpose room, changing rooms, parking with electric chargers and spaces for ‘light mobility’ vehicles, reads in the document.
“We sought to create a space with which people can identify, where well-being, technology, sustainability and the flexibility associated with the designed areas make companies and their users feel in perfect harmony”, begins by revealing André Gomes de Sousa, Executive Partner at Bedrock Capital Partners. In order to mirror the new post-pandemic work trends, “(…) in a growing context of hybrid work models, we want to create a work experience that draws people into the office. ”
It should be noted that ALLO has as a common denominator the sustainability, technology, and people’s well-being, having been defined as the objective of obtaining the WELL Gold and LEED Gold certifications. Additionally, ALLO will be certified with the WIREDSCORE Gold level. The commercialization of this project is a responsibility of the real estate consultants CBRE and JLL.
