Of the TSV St. Johann seems to have coped with last week’s 1: 2 defeat in the summit meeting with Salzburg Austria. The table runner-up from the Pongau took place away from home this afternoon USK Maximarkt Anif back on the winning road and got the upper hand 3-2. Zuckerl: Because the violets lost to Grödig 0: 1 at the same time, the boys from the trainer laugh Ernst Lottermoser again from the sunny spot of the Regional league Salzburg.

Kuka equalized St. Johann’s two-goal lead
The St. Johanner started like a shot from the pistol and were awarded a penalty after a few moments: Waltl was laid, the work due was done by friends Ellmer – 0: 1 (3rd). “Our match plan worked out for us. We attacked Anif heavily and thus repeatedly confronted her with problems,” said guest trainer Ernst Lottermoser. He can cheer again after 20 minutes: Djuric twirled a corner directly 0: 2 in the hut at home. “We put it in ourselves in the truest sense of the word”, Anif trainer Bernhard Kletzl eyed an unsuccessful attempt at clarification. Subsequently, the Pongauers became careless, while the Anifers became more and more dangerous. Thanks to a double from Kuka (31st, 39th), the local team ensured the numerical tie in no time at all. Which would have resulted in a turnaround before the break, as Kletzl saw his crew “on the trigger”. It also became controversial. Although a St. Johanner hit an Anif player in the penalty area on the pillar, referee Baumann’s whistle remained silent. “We were denied a clear penalty,” complained Kletzl.
Clever Höllwart brought TSV great success
Because the table runner-up had a two-goal lead, the players’ heads are in a rather hanging position. “I wanted to ask myself whether I should stay positive or hit it. I decided on the positive,” revealed Lottermoser to parts of his sermon during the break. While Kletzl observed clear advantages on the part of the local players in terms of game shares and shot opportunities, according to Lottermoser the St. Johanner were “successively better”. In the 65th minute, TSV shot, or better said, headed into the front meeting again: A corner kicked by Djuric pushed Höllwart’s skull into the mesh to make it 2: 3. A goal that Anif somehow pulled the plug. “Then nothing worked out for us,” sighed Kletzl. The Pongauers brought the sheep quite confidently into the dry and took the sack full of points back home. A fact that Lottermoser is logically happy about: “Today we went through heaven-hell-heaven. If the order is exactly like this, then it fits.” Meanwhile, Kletzl would definitely have been better: “The team showed a great performance. We would have at least one point, if not deserved the win.”
The best at St. Johann: Sendlhofer, Djuric
