Offer help with housing for cross-border commuters to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein – relocation and residence permit
Hello everyone,
In contrast to many here, I would like to go back to Germany for a while to study. I am from Germany myself and have been living in Austria for 8 years, 200 meters from the Liechtenstein border, via which the Swiss motorway can be reached in 5 minutes. I cannot fully rent out my condominium in Feldkirch because of the housing subsidy and I would like to return to my apartment at least every other weekend.
I came up with the idea of looking for a weekend commuter (a person) who would like to work in Switzerland as a cross-border commuter and return to his main residence in Germany at the weekend. I am also open to those who initially only take up residence here for a few months in order to then look around for a real apartment in Austria or Switzerland. I have already been a cross-border commuter in Liechtenstein and also in Switzerland.
I can offer a room 12 m² which then belongs to you, 550 warm + 50 underground parking space. In principle, it would be a kind of apartment or flat share only that I don’t have my own room (but also cannot go into yours, lockable) and that you never see each other, so to speak, because you are there during the week and I am in Germany and vice versa at the weekend . The apartment is too small to live together (44 m²). That can work if you always use whatsapp to coordinate who is there and when not. It is important that you have your main residence in Germany and that you come back regularly.
The apartment is located in Feldkirch Nofels, in the beautiful Alpine Rhine Valley. If you have any further questions, just contact me.
