In Vannes, a nice program at the socio-cultural center of Kercado for the Semaine du gout – Vannes
The sociocultural center Les Vallons de Kercado offers as part of the Taste Week workshops and activities around “eating well”. “Food, a subject of daily life, is linked to family and cultural habits. It is also a pretext for coming together and sharing, ”explains Élodie Le Dréau, family referent.
“Develop a taste and relationship to pleasure”
Show, cooking workshops, visit and picking at the municipal market gardening agency of Pérenno are part of these activities, completely free. “We offer residents an action on food, with a positive approach, to develop taste and relationship to pleasure,” adds Fabien Le Bouter, director of the center.
The dietician Isabelle Raibaut, from the Equaliance association, will take part in these workshops to discuss with families, drawing on the knowledge of the participants. Note that the “Solidarity jams” will resume in November, the deal being to bring a non-perishable product that will be offered to Restos du cœur, in exchange for a jar of homemade jam.
