The Aéroscopia museum in Blagnac (Haute-Garonne) will be celebrating this weekend of Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 October 2021. Science festival will be suggested. This year, it honors the emotion of discovery.
Multiple stakeholders
This weekend will be rich in animations, but also fr stakeholders. From 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Airbus will, unsurprisingly, be on display with several stands. They will be dedicated to optical fiber, innovation and aviation. A drone that flies in a paraglider will be presented by Dawn, just like “Cricri”, the smallest twin-engine in the world.
Aero focuses on a science campaign to chase lightning. The laboratory The place will review the issue of hydrogen, while Safire to speak about flying laboratories in the service of research. Beezou will come back to the astonishing link between bees and aviation.
A380, Planet Mars …
During these two days of celebration, Airbus will host another experience, in a slightly different time slot: Saturday 9 October, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the manufacturer will open the doors of its A380, for a discovery of flight tests.
On Sunday October 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., ISAE-SUPAERO (The Higher Institute of Aeronautics and Space) will present an aircraft inspection by autonomous robots. At 3:45 p.m., a conference will be hosted by Professor Yves Gourinat, in which he will return to the Martian adventure by focusing on Ingenuity, the small helicopter developed by NASA.
The “Lab’Aéro” space
Creative and scientific explorations will also be offered. The “Lab’Aéro” space challenge visitors via the makers’ corner, an airplane folding animation will be on the program, as will the scientific approach Késaco or exploring an aircraft in Unknown Land.
From mission drones with an obstacle course and Vicenzo Velivolo’s journey will punctuate this weekend. A mediation team from the museum will take the most curious on an aero exploration, while a boarding for A400M military aircraft will finally be organized.
