Jamil Sadegholvaad is the new mayor of Rimini
Ballots in progress at Administrative in Italy. The picture is slowly taking shape, especially in the smaller municipalities which, in many cases, already have an elected mayor. We vote in big cities like Rome, Milan, where it is confirmed Giuseppe Sala, Bologna and Turin, as well as for the Calabria Region. In the territories bordering San Marino, the spotlight is focused above all on Rimini where the end of the ballot certifies what it already seemed from the first projections: Jamil Sadegholvaad is the new mayor of Rimini. The candidate for the center-left, former councilor of the outgoing council, has in fact passed with the 51.4% the main rival in the first round: Enzo Ceccarelli, of the center-right, stops at 32.8%. There will therefore be no ballot. Third place for the former deputy mayor of Rimini Gloria Lisi but the surprise comes from the 3V Movement, the list that asks for “truth and freedom” on vaccinations, which is in fourth place. Finally Mario Erbetta, fifth, and Sergio Valentino, sixth. In the evening, a party in Piazza Cavour.
