seriously injured in an accident between a truck and a car in Chavanod
A collision between a truck and a car left two injured on the A41 in the town of Chavanod, Haute-Savoie, Friday October 1, 2021. One of the two drivers is seriously injured, he was transported, in absolute emergency, at the Annecy hospital.
The firefighters intervened during the night from Thursday to Friday, October 1, shortly before 4 a.m., for a collision between a heavy goods vehicle, carrying flour, and a vehicle on the A41 at the level of the town of Chavanod, located just before Annecy, in Haute-Savoie.
The accident killed two people, a 24-year-old man, in absolute urgency, he was transported to the Annecy University Hospital. The second man, aged 30, was injured more slightly and was also transported to Annecy hospital.

Traffic was cut off during the intervention of the emergency services in the direction of Chambéry to Annecy. Nearly ten firefighters went to the scene to help these two men accompanied by a team from the SAMU.
