For the first time, clients of the Pullman Center Ramblas hotel (84 allées Jean Jaurès) will discover the “Diner in the dark? “. A unique initiative in Toulouse: “In total darkness, customers are served by a team of six visually impaired people,” explains Chanael Lenoir, responsible for this concept in Toulouse, founded in Paris in 2004 by Edouard de Broglie. People trained for the occasion in this service for two weeks by Ghada, ten years of experience and visually impaired herself ”. A sensory experience of taste, textures, sensations concocted by chef Yousri Ben Jeday who offers a menu in the colors of the southwest. A friendly parenthesis also where sharing and exchange are invited at the table with customers in the present moment, where the laptop is banned, left at the entrance.
