The play “The Country You Never Die” (the award-winning and widely translated novel by Ornela Vorpsi), which is being staged for the first time in Greece at the Stathmos Theater under the direction of Enke Fezollari, has just premiered. The central heroine is the author Ornela herself, played by Amalia Arseni, who narrates – sometimes bitterly and sometimes with humor – her path to adulthood.
