New bank in Liechtenstein: fresh CEO
The CEO of the Neue Bank in Liechtenstein has resigned. The board of directors has appointed the successor.
Pietro Leone is no longer CEO of the Neue Bank in Liechtenstein. He has decided to realign his career, shared the new bank with. In its place Marcel Lüchinger (Image)who has previously headed the family office and intermediaries at the institute.
The announcement goes on to say that the 54-year-old Lüchinger was elected ad interim for this role by the board of directors. His definitive appointment depends on the placet of the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority.
Leone had only become the first CEO of the Neue Bank in autumn 2019. In the following year, the long-time chairman of the board of directors Karlheinz Ospelt retired to honorary presidency and transferred the office to the Swiss finance professor Manuel Amman to hand over.
Lüchinger also joined Neue Bank in 2019. Before that, he was Head of Intermediairies at VP Bank in Liechtenstein.
