Belarus presented a national pavilion at an agricultural exhibition in Serbia
September 20, Minsk / Corr. BELTA /. Belarus national pavilion at the Novi Sad agricultural exhibition in Serbia. BelTA was informed about it at the exhibition enterprise “Belinterexpo” of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Belarus became a foreign participant of the exhibition: products of more than 30 companies. Famous Belarusian brands are among the exhibitors.
The Soligorsk poultry farm demonstrates chicken and quail eggs smoked on birch and alder sawdust with mustard, black pepper, garlic and turmeric, the Molochny Mir company – rennet and soft cheeses, sterilized milk, butter, cream. The enterprises “Belshina”, “Mogilevkhimvolokno”, “Lakokraska” and the Mining Wax Plant provide new products and developments in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Among the samples of Belshina’s products are tires for tractors, agricultural vehicles and dump trucks, which provide increased resistance to cuts and chips, polyester fibers, paints and varnishes, as well as paraffins, waxes, and cooling lubricants.
A number of innovative developments, including biotechnological solutions for the agro-industrial complex, are demonstrated by the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Preparations for protecting and stimulating plant growth include the Institute of Microbiology and the Institute of General and Bioorganic Chemistry. A bioanalogue of human lactoferrin, used for the production of products in the field of medicine, pharmaceuticals, cosmetology, food industry, is demonstrated by the Research and Production Center for Animal Husbandry.
A novelty – a semi-row harvester for harvesting chokeberry, black currant, gooseberry and rosehip berries – is brought to the attention of Serbian farmers by the Scientific and Production Center for Agricultural Mechanization of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Cost savings when using the combine is 30% compared to analogues.
The capabilities of the Palesse grain and forage harvesters are demonstrated by the Gomselmash enterprise, one of the leaders in the world market of complex agricultural machines. Samples of equipment produced by the Minsk Tractor Plant, Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units and other manufacturers of agricultural machinery will be presented at the open area of the exhibition by the joint venture Belarus-Agropanonka.
A representative representative from Belarus took part in the events: Minister of Industry Petr Parkhomchik, Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich, First Deputy Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sergei Chizhik, Head of Belarusian exporting enterprises.
The industrial potential of Belarus was presented at the exhibition. A memorandum of intent was also signed between the Belkommunmash enterprise and the Serbian company Tekhnograd to create an assembly plant for electric buses. A number of meetings and conferences took place on the sidelines of the exhibition.
Belarusian enterprises are negotiating with dozens of regional businesses, discussing cooperation in a number of areas. In particular, farmers from Serbia showed interest in purchasing self-propelled units for harvesting apples produced by the Scientific and Production Center for Agricultural Mechanization of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
The organizer of the exposition of Belarusian manufacturers Made in Belarus is the exhibition unitary enterprise “Belinterexpo” of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event is supported by the Belarusian Embassy in Serbia, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
International Agricultural Exhibition The International Agricultural Exhibition Novi Sad is the largest exhibition in the region of South-Eastern Europe. More than 600 companies are taking part in the exhibition in 2021. National pavilions were presented by 9 countries: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia and the Czech Republic.
