Update 09/11 at 1:29 p.m.
The anti-health pass in the Principality are preparing to protest in the streets for the third time in less than a week this Saturday. The demonstration, scheduled for 2 p.m., has been authorized but it will have to end earlier than last Saturday.
“The question is always to find a balance between freedom of expression and the search for the maintenance of order in the public space”, justified, Patrice Cellario, government adviser-Minister of the Interior, specifying that the first two demonstrations developed “in good conditions”.
Release the police for the match at the Louis-II stadium
But today the protesters will disperse “around 3 p.m. / 3.15 p.m.”, specifies Patrice Cellario, “so that the police can manage the rest of the events in the Principality, namely the setting up of the Yacht Show, the Classic Week and the supervision of the Monaco-Marseille match [ce soir à 21h au stade Louis-II, N.D.L.R.], considered high-risk given the previous incidents in Nice “.
The route of the event, as initially planned by the organizers, had to be changed. It will start from Place des Moulins and end at Place Sainte-Dévote, instead of Place d’Armes.
