Taxi drivers in Brno are also taking part in protests against the Uber service
Taxi drivers do not want to block Brno, only to show support to colleagues from the metropolis, who today, as a sign of disagreement with the transport services of the shared economy, blocked the road to Prague Airport by a slow drive. In Brno, the protesting taxis left shortly after noon at normal speed, not deliberately slow as in Prague.
Traffic in the affected streets in Brno only increased for a few minutes, but remained smooth. Because the taxi drivers went into traffic across the crossroads at the ninth gate of the Brno Exhibition Center, the line of taxi cars tore right at the beginning. The event is supervised by police officers, and there are four police cars in the column between the taxi drivers.
