The friendly season in the lower house picked up speed on the last weekend in January. WSG Tirol has already ended the friendly series with a 4-0 win over Kufstein – on the second weekend in February, the decisive duels will start to determine whether it will be enough for the tipico Bundesliga championship play-off. SK St. Johann was able to defeat Fügen, as well as Silz/Mötz and the Zirl team.
IBW with 7:1 victory against FC Oberhofen!
On the last weekend in January, the KM1 of the SPG Innsbruck West played their first test match against FC Oberhofen. After a weaker first half, the SPG boys turned up the heat in the second half and were able to clearly win the game 7:1!
Fügen is subject to St. Johann
SV Fügen’s first preparatory game for spring 2023 ended with a 1:2 (0:0) defeat against SK St. Johann. At Fügen, every player played at least one half. Stephan Kuen scored the goal for Fügen after assisting Rupi Wildauer, who had returned. During an unfortunate action, youngster Tobias Daum from Fügen suffered a thigh wound and had to have stitches. Silz/Mötz clearly prevails over Zirl
There was a clear 8:3 (4:1) in the test on the last weekend in January 2023 between SPG Silz/Mötz and Zirl. The sensational climber in the Regionalliga Tirol and hot candidate for the play-off of the Regionalliga West in spring 2023 scored through Ertugrul Yildirim, Samuel Krismer (2), Paulo Rossetti (4) and Elias Ulses;
WSG Tirol conquers Kufstein
Things will soon get serious for the WSG Tirol kickers – it’s all about qualifying for the championship play-off of the tipico Bundesliga – on February 11, 2023 the crucial game away at WAC is coming up. WSG won the last test 4-0 against FC Kufstein.
Roppen/Karres narrowly beat Haiming in the test
2:1 for SPG Roppen/Karres in the test on the last weekend in January against SV Haiming. Both teams still have time until the last weekend in March to get into optimal shape – then the championship in the Tyrolean lower leagues will start.
