San Marino. Building permit in amnesty: the term expires on March 31st
“The Secretariat of State for the Territory and the Environment recalls that the deadline for submitting the application for building permit in extraordinary amnesty referred to in Law Decree 16 September 2022 n. 134 will expire on March 31, 2023”.
“It is recalled – continues the note – that once the aforementioned deadline of 31 March 2023 has expired, the application for building permit in extraordinary amnesty can still be presented pursuant to paragraph 9 of the single article of the aforementioned decree law until 31 December 2024 with the increase of the related charges equal to 30%. As required by the same decree law, the aforementioned term will not be extended and therefore citizens are invited to take advantage of the additional period of time provided for by law to remedy any persistent defects on owned properties falling within the categories that can be remedied pursuant to the Law of 7 August 2017 no. 94 and subsequent amendments and additions. Therefore, all those interested in regularizing their properties are invited to contact a trusted technician and/or contact the Territorial Planning and Building Office at the following telephone number 0549-882165 in order to receive all the information useful on how to submit the application”.
