Volotea in Toulouse: a 2nd destination in Sardinia
The airline company Cheap volotea will launch a new seasonal service in the spring between Toulouse and Olbiahis second destination in Sardinia after Cagliari.
From May 26 to September 18, 2023, the Spanish low-cost flight specialist offers two flights per week between its bases in Toulouse-Blagnac and to Olbia-Costa Smeralda, manufactured in Airbus single-aisle aircraft. Departures are scheduled Monday at 6:00 p.m. (arrival at 7:40 p.m.) and Friday at 8:35 a.m. (arrival at 10:15 a.m.); “return” flights leave Italy on Monday at 3:55 p.m. (arrival at 5:30 p.m.) and Friday at 6:30 a.m. (arrival at 8:05 a.m.).
Volotea will compete with easyJet on this line, its 27th from the Pink City. It now offers 28 lines in Olbia, including 10 in France (Toulouse, Bordeaux, Deauville, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Paris-CDG and Strasbourg).
More than 14,000 tickets are now available for purchase to “the magnificent coastal town in northeastern Sardinia. For a long weekend, Toulouse residents could take advantage of the idleness of the beaches and coves of the Tyrrhenian Sea, stroll through the colorful streets and the historic center of Olbia”.
