Switzerland – Interiman Group reports 18% sales growth in fiscal year 2022
January 25, 2023
Switzerland-based recruitment firm Interiman Group announced that it reported an 18% increase in sales for the full year 2022 to a total of CHF 561 million (€559.9 million).
“These results confirm its leading position, while the Swiss market is growing by only 8% according to the Swissstaffing Index,” the group explained. “In a tight labor market in several areas, this achievement was achieved by increasing visibility on social networks and on the main job portals. This strong foothold has generated more than 480,000 applications, with nearly 15,000 vacancies posted in 2022.”
At Group level, the number of internal employees increased from 400 in 2021 to almost 500 by the end of 2022. In 2022, more than 30,000 temporary workers were deployed across all areas of activity, carrying out a total of more than 120,000 assignments.
Robin Gordon, CEO of Interiman Group, said: “In light of these excellent results and to address the growing labor shortage resulting from baby boomer retirements and the aging population, we intend to continue our growth by ramping up our recruitment campaigns in the at home and abroad.”
Interiman Group is active in permanent and temporary employment, payroll, outsourcing, outplacement, training and HR outsourcing. The privately managed group was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Renens, a suburb of Lausanne.
