San Marino. Serie B: Titans looking for redemption at Genoa. Montalti: “Keep concentration high”
2023 did not start in the best way and for the Titans the password now is ‘ransom’.
They will look for it in the first away game of the new year, in Genoa, site of a challenge that will be completely new for the San Marino Academy. And Genoa will also be the penultimate opponent of the first round for the blue-and-white girls. It is a newly promoted and the path has encountered some difficulties. But the temptation to underestimate your opponent won’t even have to touch the Titans, like Giulia Montalti remarks: “I expect a difficult match, against an opponent that we should in no way take lightly. Indeed, we will have to do our best to raise our heads after these two defeats, thinking above all about keeping concentration high for 90 minutes. We really want to redeem ourselves, also because the last game left a bad taste in our mouths for a result we perhaps didn’t deserve. But we know we missed something. With the team we have, it is right and necessary to do more. We have trained well and we aim to play a great match.”
Genoa – San Marino Academy will be played on Sunday at Nazario Gambino sports field in Arenzano, in the province of Genoa. Kick-off at 14:30 and live on www.elevensports.it.
