Salzburg wins the friendly against KSC with ease
FC Red Bull Sazburg celebrate a 3-0 win over Karlsruher SC in the final friendly at the training camp in Marbella, Spain.
The first 60 minutes (the game was played over 2 x 60 minutes) ended goalless, head coach Matthias Jaissle quickly changed the entire team at half-time.
The Bundesliga leaders only set the course for victory in the 73rd minute. After Lucas Gourna-Douath won the ball and Raphael Hofer passed a Stangl pass, Karim Konate scored the opening goal.
In the 102nd minute, Samsoon Baidoo headed in after a corner kick, in the 116th minute Benjamin Sesko also entered the scorer list and made it 3-0.
The preparatory game against the German second division team, in which ÖFB legionnaire Christoph Kobald was involved up to the 61st minute, was not under a good star.
Baden-Württemberg fans called for a boycott of the friendly to express their dislike of the Red Bull group. In the end, however, the test was carried out.
