The future also scares Fabrice, who works in inventory management for the Casino group. “This translates into a lot of handling, carrying weight, sometimes up to 10 tons over the day,” he says.
“With age, it’s complicated: working until 64 is scary. “We are here to be heard: at 60, some are already used up by 40 years of work,” complains Serge. One of my colleagues was due to retire next year. With the reform, it would be in two years, when he is the grandfather of four grandchildren. »
