the details of the disruptions in Marseille transport
Traffic will be severely disrupted this Thursday, a day of national mobilization against the pension reform.
You will have to take your pain patiently. It will be difficult to travel by public transport this Thursday in Marseille due to an interprofessional and national social movement against the pension reform.
The strike promises to be followed within the staff of the Régie des transports métropolitains, according to the traffic spy published this Wednesday morning.
Subways
The M1 line will normally run at 8 a.m. but the frequency of crossings will be gradually increased during the day. Count a train every 6/5 minutes at 12 p.m. then every 10 minutes from 5 p.m.
On the other hand, no metro will circulate on line M2 before 5 p.m., time at which traffic will resume with a train every 10 minutes.
Trams
No tram on the T1 line will be circular for the day this Thursday.
On the T2 line, they indicate that a circular tram will run every 20 minutes at 8 am, every 12 minutes at 12 pm and then every 20 minutes from 5 pm.
The frequencies of passage of the T3 will be more spaced out since it will take a tram every 25 minutes at 8 a.m., every 28 minutes at 12 p.m. then every 49 minutes at 5 p.m.
· Bus
Traffic will be particularly difficult on the bus network this Thursday. Only six lines will run normally: 20, 121, 122, 142, 143 and 144.
With the exception of the latter, all lines are experiencing disruptions, at least minor.
Please note, however, that the entire school bus network service will be provided as normal.
Regarding the night lines, the service will also be disrupted. 7 lines out of 12 will not circle at all, while the others will only provide a few passages. The line 145 service will be the only one to be provided normally.
All the details of the disturbances can be found on RTM website.
