Mercato: Jaouen Hadjam transferred from Paris FC to Nantes
Jaouen Hadjam played his last match with Paris FC Friday night in Annecy (2-0 defeat). An agreement was reached this Saturday morning between all parties for the transfer of the 19-year-old left-back to FC Nantes (L1). Jaouen Hadjam signed for 4 and a half years and Paris FC should recover a sum of around 500,000 euros (plus a percentage on resale).
After Ousmane Camara transferred in August to Angers (L1), Paris FC therefore loses a new nugget from its training center. But Hadjam, international in all youth categories (from U17 to U20), was coming to the end of his contract in June. From the moment he and his entourage did not wish to continue, a transfer was inevitable.
Hadjam has 40 L2 games (including 11 this season) with Paris FC Where it was launched in August 2020 by René Girard when he was only 17 years old. For three years, he has been followed at each transfer window by L1 clubs, in particular OM in 2021, and foreign clubs. In recent days, after having refused offers in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, he seemed very close to Salernitana (Serie A Italy). But he will finally stay in France and discover the L1 with FC Nantes who was looking for a left side to replace Quentin Merlin, victim of a partial rupture of an adductor (8 to 10 weeks of absence).
In addition to Hadjam’s departure, Paris FC, 8th in L2, should lend one or two little-used players in the coming days.
