“Our herring will go well with Belarusian potatoes”
In Vladivostok, the Russian pollock plant processes more than 20 tons of pollock per shift. The enterprise is a part of one of the largest fishing companies in Russia. The main raw material for production is wild pollock. Production was carried out by the private fleet of the Russian Fishery Company in one of the cleanest areas of the World Ocean – the Bering and Okhotsk Seas. Caught by deep shock freezing, especially on trawlers for lovers of tasty and close properties of wild fish.
Belarus annually buys about 15,000 tons of pollock and twice as much herring from here.
The finished case goes to the inspection table, says Ilyas Shaikhislamov, deputy general director for production of the Russian pollock plant. On the table there is access to a file that can be scanned for parasites, bones left behind, hematomas, black film. That is, not a single bone will slip!
Closed production cycle. Waste is processed into feed flour.
Sales markets – Russia, USA, South Korea, Union countries. And Belarus. If not pollock, then you definitely tried crab sticks and bulges of the Far East!
According to the head of the sales development department in the Russian Federation and the CIS of the Russian fishing company Mariimeeva, they cooperate with Belarusian enterprises that enter their trading networks. The main partner is “Santa Bremor”.
Belarus is interested in direct deliveries and does not belong to only one company. Here, for example, herring and salmon – this is already a group of companies “Vladcrystal”.
“Our herring will go well with Belarusian potatoes,” smiles Olga Bulkova, general director of Vladcrystal LLC, chairman of the Khabarovsk regional fishery and collective farm union. .
And where without crabs, shrimp, a variety of covers. The Far East – it is all with the taste of the sea.
