Roads closed in both southern and northern Norway on Friday – NRK Norway – Overview of news from different parts of the country
- E6 is closed over Dovrefjell due to the storm, until 7.
- Rev. 7 above Hardangervidda is closed to cars. There is column driving for trucks over 7.5 tonnes.
- Rev. 13 above Vikafjellet is closed. New assessment at 12
- It is also Fv. 50 Hol – Aurland.
- On the E134 above Haukelifjell, there is a convoy between the Haukel tunnel and the barrier at Liamyrane.
- On Fv. 52 above Hemsedalsfjellet there is a convoy until 10am.
- In Finnmark, there is convoy driving over Båtsfjordfjellet, Kongsfjordfjellet and Fv.98 Ifjordfjellet.
The E16 over Filefjell is the only one of the major mountain crossings in southern Norway that is open as normal.
Wagon train in trouble
In several places in the country, roads have been and have been closed for periods while the recovery of truck trains that have developed problems has taken place.
On national highway 3 in Østerdalen, traffic is moving again after a truck train that blocked the road between Rena and Opphus is now gone.

More snow to come – and rain
On Friday, up to 40 centimeters of fresh snow is expected in Agder and in Telemark and Vestfold.
The Meteorological Institute has issued an orange danger warning for Agder and parts of Vestfold and Telemark. The police and the National Roads Administration warn of difficult driving conditions and ask motorists to take that role.
Saturday brings mild weather with rain. That leads to a bigger problem for vegans.
Parts of Austlandet have a yellow warning.
On Bergensbanen, the current problem that occurred on Thursday evening has been resolved.
Straumbrot led to the toga standing on both sides between Finse and Myrdal. The train turned around and the passengers were allowed to get off the train at Ustaoset and Voss.
The error occurred after a goods train had torn down the catenary at Myrdal station.
