Efinally! After eight years of gestation, the biggest baby in the Réinventer Paris urban planning competition has recently taken its first steps on the right bank of the Seine, opposite Île Saint-Louis and the Institut du monde arabe. The uniqueness of the Morland mixed capital project, renamed La Félicité: rebuilding the city on the city by recycling old things to make new ones. Exit the austere monolith of the 1960s of the old administrative city.
