Son of António Oliveira and Márcia Oliveira, he felt bad on the plane and ended up not traveling. His mother criticizes the lack of support from TAP.
On Tuesday, the wife of Portuguese coach António Oliveira, who coaches Curitiba, in the Brasileirão, had a flight scheduled for Portugal, but ended up not boarding after her eight-year-old son felt unwell. According to the mother, Márcia Oliveira, the child suffered an anxiety attack already inside the plane (before take-off) and the Portuguese airline TAP advised the technician’s companion to disembark.
On the social network Facebook, Márcia Oliveira criticized TAP for the way it handled the situation.
“I’m sorry for not being able to identify TAP on my Facebook and really show what you’re not worth. On the 3rd I had a flight at 11:20 pm from São Paulo to Lisbon. My 8-year-old son, inside the plane, felt bad (anxiety crisis) and do you know who helped me? Nobody. They ordered me to disembark, I didn’t have any support from anyone, I stayed in a country that I didn’t know and without a return flight. TAP didn’t even send an email or a phone call”, reported.
“You are the shame of Portugal. Now I will have to pay another flight, fees, etc. to travel to my country. I feel an immense revolt when this happens to an 8-year-old child. To this day I don’t know how to contact the company. Your obligation was to help me, as I was with two minors, alone, and reimburse me for everything I spent. But for you, money prevails more than health. Shame, you are a shame. TAP Air Portugal, you are a disgrace,” he added.
