The 8th convoy will arrive on national territory via Strasbourg next Tuesday. About fifty women and children are expected by volunteer homes in the south of France. Founded shortly after the tragedy of Chernobyl (Ukraine) in 1986, the association played by Nicole Cadenel’s primary vocation is to welcome orphans from this district to France for the holidays. Since the start of the war against russia, it extended its statutes to exfiltrate civilians in danger. For the most part, they are inhabitants of bombarded cities such as Donetsk and Kherson who had taken refuge in Rivne.
