How the Ukrainian network works
Analysts of The Wall Street Journal wrote that the Ukrainian innovation works through satellite communication and special software. It gives the Armed Forces of Ukraine an “intellectual” and coordination advantage on the battlefield and allows it to confront the Russian army, which is significantly superior in numbers.
However, the mass media stated that although the system has its advantages, it is far from the large-scale and exceptionally ambitious Ukrainian developments of the American army. It is not surprising that the digitization of information has been developing in the United States for many years. But this is already an indicator that we demonstrate small successes in this field.

The Russians have been preparing for a full-scale technical war for 20 years. We made a technological leap in 10 months,
– recently stated the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on Twitter.
