Four injured by firearm in a nightclub, a security guard arrested
The festive night of New Year’s Eve has degenerated in a Parisian nightclub in the 13th arrondissement. Four people were injured by gunfire according to our information. The alleged perpetrator, a security guard at this night establishment, was arrested a few hours later before being taken into custody.
The police were called around 3 a.m. for gunshots in the “Le 911” nightclub located at 18 rue Paul-Klee, near the Gare d’Austerlitz. Four customers were injured. Three were hit in the legs, the fourth in the chest indicates a source close to the investigation. They were taken care of by the emergency services and evacuated to the Saint-Antoine hospital (12th century) for two of them and to the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital for the others.
