An investment of more than 1,500 million that will generate 6,000 jobs during the first years. The project also contemplates boosting industry and small businesses in the area. Together with them, they are going to recover more than 50,000 olive trees with which in this small town they have once again produced their own oil.
Endesa expects to receive the permits and authorizations in 2023 and to lay the first stones in the first half of 2024 to have all the sustainable energy production in operation from 2026, while the agricultural projects will be ready next year, also the factories for the renewable supply chain. The energy communities will be a reality in 2024 and all the projects of the Mudéjar Knot will be active in 2027.
The projects of self-consumption and energy communities will benefit 3,800 families in Andorra and another 9 municipalities, with competitive long-term prices and energy from renewable sources.
