Kuleba assured that Ukraine received all the necessary weapons from its partners
Ukraine got everything it needed weapons from Western partnersafter that, it’s only a matter of time, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, said in an on-air telethon.
“My impression is this. If we sum up all the behind-the-scenes conversations, not only in Washington, but also in other countries, the conclusion is this: all the necessary weapons will be available, it’s just a matter of time,” the minister emphasized.
Kuleba also emphasized that there are a number of psychological, political and logistical reasons why the partners cannot immediately supply Ukraine with all the necessary weapons.
“But we have to work with all these reasons, and we are working. It is not only a matter of reluctance. The supply of any weapon is a very complex technical and logistical operation, we use all these details together with colleagues with other information,” the head of the MFA drew attention.
According to the minister, he believes that Ukraine’s partners do not have any taboos regarding the supply of weapons. And the Patriot show is the best proof of that.
Earlier, the CNN television company, with reference to unnamed representatives of the US authorities, reported that Washington is finalizing the coordination of plans to supply Ukraine with the Patriot system. According to the TV company, they may be announced as early as this week.
The spokesman of the President of Russia, Dmytro Peskov, reported on December 14 that the Patriot complexes will be a legitimate target of the Russian Armed Forces in the event of their delivery to Kyiv.
