Top 14 – 13th day: discover the team compositions of Stade Toulousain and Castres Olympique
In Toulouse, Peato Mauvaka and Melvyn Jaminet are holders. In Castres, Benjamin Urdapilleta is forfeited.
No surprise in the composition of Stade Toulousain which is very similar to that against Sale. On the front row, Cyril Baille and Dorian Aldegheri start again but this time it’s Peato Mauvaka who is the starter; Julien Marchand taking his place on the bench.
In the second row, Joshua Brennan is the entry partner to Emmanuel Meafou. In the third row, we find the same team as the one aligned against the English with Rynhardt Elstadt, Anthony Jelonch and Thibaud Flament while Alexandre Roumat returns to the bench.
Few changes behind the irremovable hinge Antoine Dupont – Romain Ntamack, with two changes. It is the great return of Melvyn Jaminet in place of the suspended Thomas Ramos. And in the center, Pita Ahki forfeited is replaced by Sofiane Guitoune while Pierre-Louis Barassi also returns to the bench.
Favorite Brown in Botica
On the Castres Olympique side, there are no surprises in the team that will start the match at the Stadium. The Tarn staff have aligned their best forces for this derby. Wayan De Benedittis is still nursing a back problem, Quentin Walcker will wear number 1, when Gaëtan Barlot will be at the heel and Wilfrid Hounkpatin on the right. In the second line, the powerful Tom Staniforth will be associated with the formidable jumper Gauthier Maravat. The Tarn line-up will also benefit from the qualities of Tyler Ardron, established in number 8. Captain Mathieu Babillot and the Australian Nick Champion de Crespigny will sit alongside him.
In the three-quarters, Julien Blanc continues in nine after Edinburgh, and Louis Le Brun is preferred to Ben Botica at the opening, while Benjamin Urdapilleta is still in difficulty with his heel. Classic for the rear triangle with Filipo Nakosi and Geoffrey Palis on the wings, and Julien Dumora at the rear. Confidence in the pair of center Adrien Séguret-Antoine Zegdhar, to his advantage in Scotland, is renewed. For his part, Vilimoni Botitu will take his place on the bench – made up of six forwards and two three-quarters – and will return during the match to, already, find a little rhythm, he who has not played since the beginning of December, and the reception of Pau.
