Sustainable bank Triodos moves to Brussels’ Noordwijk | Brussels
BrusselsFrom 2024, Triodos, the institution for sustainable banking, will move to the area around Brussels North Station. 170 employees will move into the Quatuor office building at the beginning of 2024. The contract with owner Befimmo was recently signed.
The sustainable bank Triodos will probably be located in the Quatuor building in Brussels’ Noordwijk from January 2024. There, the 170 employees can work in an office space of more than 2,000 square meters, spread over two floors. The staff was involved in the search for new accommodation. They can visit and assess possible locations.
While the Quatuor project is one of the first office buildings in Brussels to be awarded a ‘BREEAM OUTSTANDING’ certificate, the highest score in terms of environmental performance. This is thanks to the 1,400 solar panels that provide the necessary energy, rainwater reuse systems, thermal insulation and geothermal heating and cooling systems.

It concealed the attractiveness of our buildings and the confidence of our tenants in a future context, both in terms of subsurface and technical quality and the flexibility that hybrid working requires.”
