Naples, the Concert of the Epiphany returns on January 4th – Napoli Village
The Epiphany Concert is conceived and promoted byAssociation Beyond the Cloister onlus, chaired by Joseph Royal – author of the musical appointment – and produced by Melos International Of Dante Marittitogether to the World Music Association, which takes care of the entire organization of the event; there Artistic direction is instead entrusted to Francesco Sorrentino.
The lineup of all artists guests will be announced during the presentation press conference, scheduled for January 3, 2023, that yes they will perform live on the stage of Mediterranean Theater of Naples, accompanied by the great Neapolitan Orchestra of Santa Chiara with the direction of Maestro Adriano Pennino who is the author of all the arrangements for the various scheduled performances.
“The traditional Message of Pope Francis for the 61st but World Peace Day – says Prof. Giuseppe Reale, President of the non-profit association Oltre il Chiostro –combines the disorientation of the pandemic experience with the disaster of the war scenario, which has been bloodying the heart of Europe for months. In both cases they are a warning to think about in the light of the common good. There 28.but edition of the Epiphany Concert goes precisely in this direction: to develop and communicate a culture of social responsibility, because without this civic effort it will not be possible to build opportunities to trace paths of peace together”.

The demonstration is associated with the delivery of the Awards Crib in the World 2023in collaboration with the Permanent Center for Research and Studies on the Neapolitan Cribchaired by prof. Umberto Grillo and with the support from the Tourism Department of the Municipality of Naples. For this year they have been singled out three “craftsmen of peace” following the suggestions of the traditional Message of the Holy Father at the beginning of the year
● To the Romanian Association in Italy and to Eugen Terteleac who, in collaboration with Salvamamme, completed the 12.but humanitarian action”SOS Ukraine“, which consists in helping the population hard hit by the horrors of war. Adult and children’s clothes, blankets and toys arrived in Ukraine at the Bukovina Art Center for the Conservation and Promotion of Traditional Romanian Culture in Chernivtsi, to be distributed by President Iurie Levscic.
● Announcement Emanuele Demaria, Mayor of Conzano in the Province of Alessandria, for having first guessed the value of Villa Vidua, residence of the famous traveler Carlo Fabrizio Vidua and of his father Pio Gerolamo, count of Conzano and minister of King Vittorio Emanuele I. Villa Vidua has become one of most famous places in Monferrato for the contemporary art exhibitions, which take place every month and for the important cultural events. Since 2002, in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Naples, the exhibitions “Nativity of the author. The Neapolitan Crib”, which has brought many young people closer to the crib and has given impetus to voluntary work and solidarity with the aim of reaching those kids who live on the street and offering them opportunities suited to their needs.
● a Luciana Espositoauthor of the book In the hell of Ponticelli’s Camorra – Neapolitan (IOD editions), with the precious preface by Don Antonio Coluccia, which narrates five true stories, centered on the deeds of the bosses who have most marked the Camorra scene in Ponticelli and which alternate with anything but obvious normality of “good heroes”: honest people, forced to suffer the blind and illogical fury of the underworld. But also “bad heroes” who had the courage to turn their backs on the Camorra, writing a different ending from that script that condemns the lives of those who let themselves be inspired by criminal logic to violent death or prison.
The event enjoys the patronage of the Presidency of the Campania Regional Council and the Municipality of Naples with the Councilor for Tourism and Productive Activities.
