During this period, therefore, “the retail purchase and sale, removal or transportation of any fuel by jerrycans, cubitainers, cans, flasks or various containers are prohibited in distribution points throughout the Haute-Garonne department, with the exception of products required for supplying individual heating appliances, emphasizes the prefecture. .
“The transfer, sale, transport and use of dangerous, flammable or chemical products, explosive products, fireworks, smoke bombs and of firecrackers of all categories are prohibited, except for professional reasons, in the Haute-Garonne department” are also prohibited.
