Launch of Parcoursup with 634 training courses in the Toulouse Academy
The Parcoursup platform lifts the veil on its new mount for the start of the 2023 school year with 634 training courses in the Toulouse academy.
It is the first act of a long journey until the next school year. The post-baccalaureate orientation platform Parcoursup is available since Tuesday, December 20.
The time to formulate one’s wishes for next year has not yet arrived. But the approximately 640,000 high school students and 200,000 students wishing to reorient themselves can already find a wealth of informationsuch as the presentation of the courses, any costs, derivatives, the rate of professional integration.
More than 21,000 training courses are available on the national platform. In the Toulouse academy, which brings together the departments of the former Midi-Pyrénées region, 634 training courses are offered on the Parcoursup platform.
From Parcoursup to Toulouse
Candidates can register on the site and make up to ten wishes between January 18 and March 9. To do this, they will need to provide themselves with an identifier, an email address, their national student and the transcript of the advanced baccalaureate exams.
Many candidates will make wishes in Toulouse on Parcoursup. For three years, the capital of Occitania is at the top of the ranking of the best student cities from the magazine l’Etudiant for the year 2022-2023. It is followed by Rennes, Montpellier and Strasbourg.
In addition, Toulouse is the fourth city in France in number of students with nearly 130,000 registered. The Pink City is behind Paris, Lyon and Lille.
