In the final of the Virtuózi competition, 11-year-old Klára Valentovičová triumphed for Slovakia

Last Friday, Dvojka RTVS broadcast the last round of the next series of the international competition Virtuózi, which seeks and presents talented male and female artists in classical music. Each of the five main countries ends up in the finals with their greatest talent, selected by an international jury headed by world star Plácido Domingue.
During the last four Fridays, a competition of young classical music talents was broadcast on Dvojka screens. This year’s contestants from V4 countries a Slovenia, which was the guest country in this edition, showed their musical talents and fought for the top spot within their home country. On Friday, December 16, we will help the winners at Dvojka. They were chosen by an international jury chaired by a world-famous opera singer Plácido Domingo.
This time she became the most successful young virtuoso in Slovakia Klára Valentovičová. The eleven-year-old pupil of the eight-year high school convinced her playing the recorder. He attends the L. Árvay Elementary Art School in Žilina and has been playing this instrument since he was five years old under the guidance of Mr. Pavel Stiller, playing the soprano, soprano and alto recorders.
For casting in a television competition Virtuosos she said she thought it unlikely she would even advance to the international semi-final rounds. All the more joy and surprise after the final. However, the fact is that the Slovak winner is successful not only in playing the recorder, but also in mathematics and chess. Her musical role model is Ajna MaroszSlovak Virtuosos from 2020. Klára Valentovičová also won music competitions this year Lams Matera, Amigdala, Danube talents, Odin London classic.
Together with four winners from the other participating countries (Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovenia), Klára won 10,000 euros and a series of performances in the world’s most famous concert halls await her.
