Telecom Liechtenstein takes over Balzner hsl Informatik AG – Liechtenstein
BALZERS/VADUZ – Telecom Liechtenstein is expanding its IT service business and acquiring a 100 percent stake in hsl Informatik AG. According to Telekom’s broadcast, the company should remain independent.
With this step, Telecom will fully integrate its IT service business into hsl Informatik. This means that Telekom can better concentrate on its core competencies and more securely secure contract customer contact with business customers in the IT area.
Further developed
However, hsl Informatik, which has existed since 1993, will continue to appear, emphasized Telekom in its broadcast on Monday. Nothing changes at the company headquarters, the team and the traditional business activities. Company founder and owner Jörg Augustin continues to run the company and will continue to exist with his team and look after new customers. According to Augustin, Telecom Liechtenstein AG is the right strategic partner for further growth. The same applies to future plans: according to Telekom, it will not retain all of the shares in the company. In a next step, she will expand the cooperation with an established IT service provider in Switzerland and sell parts of hsl Informatik to them. In addition, Telekom will only provide specific information at a later date about who this is and when it will be.
New brand appearance
The new, expanded orientation of the company should also be visible from the outside in the coming year. Because the takeover by Telekom is also intended to expand the range of products and services. For example, they want to devote more attention to cloud technology and digitization consulting. The go-ahead for the new appearance of hsl Informatik AG has already been given.
