Reinforced measures in Toulouse for the end of the World Cup

Fireworks and smoke bombs prohibited
Steps have also been taken to ban both fireworks and other smoke bombs. From Saturday December 17, 2022 (12:01 a.m.) to Monday December 19 (8:00 a.m.), in all municipalities of the Haute-Garonne department, the following are prohibited:
· the transfer, sale, transport and use of dangerous, flammable or chemical products, explosive products, fireworks, smoke bombs and firecrackers of all categories, except for professional reasons;
· the purchase and retail sale, removal or transport of any fuel, by jerry cans, cubitainers, cans, flasks or various containers, with the exception of products intended to supply individual heating appliances.
In addition, it is recommended not to drive by car in Toulouse city center on Saturday afternoon from 1 p.m. and on Sunday from 3 p.m. It is advisable to use public transport: metro, tram, or bus.
