From Saturday December 17, 2022 (00:00 a.m.) to Monday December 19 (8:00 a.m.), in all municipalities of the Haute-Garonne department, the following are prohibited:
- the transfer, sale, transport and use of dangerous, flammable or chemical products, explosive products, fireworks, smoke bombs and firecrackers of all categories, except for professional reasons
- the purchase and retail sale, removal or transport of any fuel, by jerry cans, cubitainers, cans, flasks or various containers, with the exception of products intended to supply individual heating appliances.
In order to prevent traffic congestion in the city center of Toulouse, the prefecture strongly recommends favoring the use of public transport and in particular the metro from 1 p.m. on Saturday and from 3 p.m. on Sunday.
