Liga Portugal explains that continuing to have an Anti-Corruption Security System
Liga Portugal announced this Thursday the renewal of the certification of the ISO 37001 standard – Anti-Corruption Management System, granted by APCER. A recognition that comes for the second consecutive year, after becoming the first Portuguese sports entity certified with this standard on October 14, 2021.
Liga Portugal explains that it will continue to have an Anti-Corruption Security System, where all activities are regulated through an Anti-Corruption Transparency Policy and Code, enhancing transparency in sport in general and football in particular.
“The renewal of certification of the ISO 37001 standard – Anti-Corruption Management System represents the recognition of work based on rigor, transparency and professionalism, principles which we will never abdicate, and which can only fill us with pride”, said Pedro Proença, League President.
