Charlene of Monaco confides in her still precarious state of health: “It will still take time”
For many months, health problems kept Charlene of Monaco away from the Principality and her family. Victim of an ENT infection during a trip to South Africa, the princess had to undergo several operations in her native country and was grounded, unable to return to the Rock. And when the wife of prince Albert was finally able to join her husband and their twins, this reunion did not last. Too tried and exhausted, she must have been interned in a rest clinic in Swiss.
Charlene of Monaco is better but…
Today, however, the Rock has found its princess. Officially back for a few months, Charlene de Monaco is on all fronts. Swept away the rumors of divorce with Prince Albert fueled by his absence, the couple is more complicit than ever, even allowing themselves tender gestures in public. And, after missing too many things, this mother hen can finally celebrate with Jacques and Gabrielle milestones in their childhood. The princess also connects the official obligations, where she particularly shines. But are we witnessing a real return to normal in the Principality?
In an interview with Nice-Matin to celebrate the tenth anniversary of its foundation, published this Wednesday, December 15, Charlene of Monaco confided in her state of health, which is still precarious. The former swimmer was first reassuring, declaring: “I would first like to say that I feel so much better today than I have in recent years. I feel much less pain and much more energy. » But she is still recovering: “I continue to recover, to rebalance myself. It will still take time, but I’m happy. » If the road is therefore still long before a complete recovery, the princess can count on her family. “My family and those I love are my rock”, she explains. Before concluding : “I approach the future, step by step, one day at a time”.
