The outgoing secretariat outlined the progress made in recent years to create the right network of solidarity among all the Carabinieri.
Numerous interventions followed. Sergio De Caprio, Captain Ultimo, reiterated that the only Weapon is that of closeness to the Communities through Carabinieri who are truly protected in their rights and in their serenity.
Deputy Secretary General Roberto Di Stefano reiterated that it is time to recover the narrative of rights, to make all colleagues understand that rights are neither a concession nor privileges descended from above.
Sabatino Mastronardi, Lazio regional secretary, recounted the actions carried out by NSC to listen to colleagues who found themselves in difficulty and alone, ghettoized by a system that often leaves them alone.

The assembly then decided the team that will work for the next four years, electing Gregorio Assanti (provincial general secretary of Rome), Massimiliano Trastulli (adjunct provincial general secretary) and the provincial secretaries Antonello Panzanella, Annagiulia Leone, Silvio Pellegrini, Vincenzo Chiarolanza , Umberto Cellitti, Francesco Maldera, Angelo Di Pilla, Carmelo Noto and Daniele Battaglini.
The Ugl Lazio Secretary, Armando Valiani, guest of the event, placed the promotion of the founding values of the NSC at the center of the debate: democracy, transparency and honesty. Participation, the protection of rights and safety at work were also among the topics addressed.
